Hello Becky! I just tested the hyperlink and every little thing is working on our end. Do you think you're applying Firefox as your browser? We’ve not too long ago discovered that our downloads aren’t dealing with a Firefox browser, so I’d recommend applying Chrome or Safari alternatively.Just wanted to thankyou for this action which I did ri
